Sweet Anise Honey

Our Sweet Anise honey is 100% natural, and contains no additives or flavoring.

Although the actual floral source is not known, tasting the honey evokes flavor notes of anise or fennel.

The Sweet Anise honey comes from a single colony in our Phoenix, MD apiary: "South Fir Hive".

The bees collected all the nectar for this unique honey during a very short window – between May 29 and June 13, 2023.  How do we know?  Empty honey frames were set on May 29, and they were full and harvested on June 13.  These were some busy bees!

Our Sweet Anise honey is limited edition, extremely small batch, raw premium honey.
